We shipping using Federal Express Ground or UPS Ground.  We normally process processed in 2-3 days from the time your order is received. Orders are delivered in 5-7 business days.  Actual delivery time will vary according to delivery zone.  Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's apprival.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time.  Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer.  Some items may be temporarily out of stock.  We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

For shipments to Canada, Alaska  and Hawaii please contact us before ordering so that shipping charges can be calculated correctly.

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder, has been discontinued or is no longer available after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and show noticeable signs of use.  After we received your returned products, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the cost of the item plus sales tax, if applicable.  We will be happy to exchange defective items within 30 days of the date you received your order. 

Original shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable.  We are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.  If you need to exchange a product, your credit card will be billed for the cost of shipping the new replacement item.

When you return a product where you were given "Free Shipping", we will refund the cost of the product minus our shipping costs that was originally free to you.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date that we receive your returned product for us to issue a credit to your credit card.  Depending on your credit card company it may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement.
