All Measurements are in INCHES. Measure your hand as follows:
1. With your hand lying flat, measure just below your knuckles not including your thumb.
2. With your hand open, measure distance from tip of your middle finger to the base of your plam.
Order the larger measurement. If your sized falls between sizes, order the next larger size.
