When selecting your size please take your measurements and check the sizing chart below. Consider the clothing you will be wearing under the vest you are purchasing. Please note that your shirt size will not necessarily be your vest size.

All Measurements are in INCHES. Measure around the fullest part of your chest/stomach, keeping the tape under your arms. Measure your arms from the end of your shoulder to your wrist.
