In the event that you need to return or exchange a product, please contact us at tcwmotorcycle@aol.com for return instructions.  Returns on items will be accepted within 15 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and show noticeable signs of use. After we receive your returned products, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the cost of the item plus sales tax, if applicable. We will be happy to exchange defective items within 15 days of the date you received your order. 

Original shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept C.O.D. returns. If you need to exchange a product, your credit card will be billed for the cost of shipping the new replacement item.
