Motorcycle safety is no accident!  It starts with you!

Always be aware of any vehicle on the road with you.  Be prepared IN ADVANCE to anticipate their movement toward you and where you will go in the event they are not aware of you.  It is the most important strategy of riding you can develop.  It will save your life!

Always wear your safety gear including helmets, gloves, eye protection, boots and always some form of protection with jacket and pants.

Always service and maintain your bike regularly.  If it breaks down it could leave you in a precarious situation and even cause an accident.

Last but not least, make sure you stay current with your license and insurance.  If you are a new rider a motorcycle safety course is always a good idea.

Remember if you want to ride and have fun, it won't happen if you are not prepared and have the proper knowledge to be safe.
