When selecting your sized please take your measurements and check the sizing chart below. Consider the clothing you will be wearing under the vest you are purchasing. Please note that your shirt size will not necessarily be your vest size.

All measurements are in INCHES. For the chest measure around the fullest part of your chest/stomach keeping the tape under your arms. For the sleeve measure your arms from the end of your shoulder to your wrist. As with all manufactured goods there is some variance with different manufacturers and styles.
